Join us to learn key components of an effective strength & conditioning program for young, developing athletes across the continuum of injury recovery to safe participation to elite performance. Learn how training age, movement competency, injury history as well as seasonality are considered. The speakers will address frequently asked questions and common misconceptions to help medical professionals counsel children, teens and parents.

The Pediatric Orthopaedic Practitioners Society (POPS)  exists to advance and enhance the care provided by the Advanced Practice Nurse and Physician Assistant specializing in Pediatric Orthopaedics.
