Welcome to the POPS (Pediatric Orthopaedic Practitioners Society) website. We are so glad you are here to explore everything POPS has to offer! The POPS organization is comprised of pediatric orthopedic advanced practice providers (APP’s), nurses practicing in pediatric orthopaedics, physical therapists, and athletic trainers from across the country and is led by an amazing, diverse volunteer board. Our members are experienced in many different subspecialties within pediatric orthopedics. Specialization, expertise, and abundant collaboration is what sets our members and organization apart from others. Our organization offers numerous networking, educational, and research related opportunities as well as leadership development for the novice to the experienced pediatric orthopedic provider. Throughout the past year you have presumably noticed some changes in the POPS website and social media presence. As you navigate through the website, we hope that you will find the information easy to locate and beneficial. Please revisit the site regularly for updates on events, educational opportunities, scholarship information, networking with members, and multiple ways you can become involved including: presenting at the POPS annual conference or at IPOS, serving on a committee, or applying for a board member position. As we finalize plans for our upcoming annual conference in National Harbor, Maryland (Washington DC) on May 7, 2024 and begin planning the APP program at IPOS (International Pediatric Orthopaedic Symposium) in Orlando, Florida on December 3-7, 2024, I encourage you to consider attending one of our conferences and becoming involved with this amazing organization. |
